It was another huge night for Rema for taking home three major awards.
- Album of the Year for his 2024 album, ‘Heis’.
- Best Male Artist.
- Best Music Video for his smash hit ‘DND’, directed by Meji Alabi.

Mercy Chinwo Honoured as Best Gospel Artist

In the Gospel category, Nigerian powerhouse Mercy Chinwo walked away with Best Gospel Artist, a well-deserved win for an artist whose inspiring music continues to touch millions across Africa and beyond.
Despite ongoing disputes with her former record label, Mercy’s career has remained on an upward trajectory, fueled by her authentic worship sound and the deep connection she has built with her audience over the years. With tracks that blend traditional gospel elements with Afrobeat influences, she has successfully broadened gospel music’s reach beyond just church-goers.

D’banj Receives Lifetime Achievement Award
